Dear Candelora Versace:
We would like to notify you of some upcoming filming activity in your lovely neighborhood. Could you please forward this letter to the Apache Ridge Road community members on your mailing list?
The movie "American Girl: Alberta" will be filming scenes at the studio of Elias Rivera, at 83 Apache Ridge Road, this coming Saturday and Sunday, October 20 and 21, 2012. All filming activity will take place during daylight hours, and will be contained within the private property of the landowners. Our "base camp" of trucks and trailers will be based out of the Eldorado shopping areas.
We would like to thank you profusely in advance for your patience with our additional traffic created on your road during these two days. As a compensatory gesture we will be donating a small sum to the collective maintenance fund for Apache Ridge Road, a payment that will be facilitated by Mr. Rivera himself.
Allow us also to apologize in advance for any inconvenience and/or disruption that our work may create in your neighborhood.
All our work is done in full compliance with the permit agencies of Santa Fe County, it's Fire and Sheriff's Offices, as well as the New Mexico Film Office.
We are most grateful for your support of our project, and the New Mexico film industry in general: thank you so much from all the crew members!
Please do not hesitate to contact me at any time with questions or concerns. We look forward to working in your neighborhood.
Most respectfully,
Chee Ho | 310. 200 3193
