Hi neighbors:
This note comes from Greg Gallegos at the SF County Fire Department, regarding their hazardous fuels removal project on the state land parcel located in the center of our neighborhood.
" there's a good chance we could start treatment out there by as early as today. We would start on the south portion of the state land just off Apache Ridge Rd. We will inspect the site of conditions first before we do anything and for now will only cut until things dry up a bit to get the chipper in there to chip. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns."--Greg Gallegos, 995-6527.
Please call Greg directly for a permit to remove firewood which the Fire Dept will cut and relocate to the edge of the state land parcel along the road . Residents are not allowed on the state land without a permit and are not allowed to cut wood on the state land property. They are very particular about this.
